Construction at Realm Condominiums is moving forward with exciting progress across both towers. As summer unfolds, our teams are working diligently to bring this vibrant community to life. Here’s a look at the July milestones for Buildings C and D. BUILDING D HIGHLIGHTS Structure: The MPH (Mechanical Penthouse) roof is now complete, marking a major step in the building’s structural progress. Windows: Installation has reached the 11th floor, enhancing the building’s exterior appearance. Mechanical Riser: Completed up to the 14th floor, ensuring smooth systems integration as construction advances. Block Walls: Completed up to the 8th floor, adding to the stability and progress of the internal structure. Hallway Drywall Framing: Now underway on the 8th floor.
