BUILDING D HIGHLIGHTS
- Structure: The MPH (Mechanical Penthouse) roof is now complete, marking a major step in the building’s structural progress.
- Windows: Installation has reached the 11th floor, enhancing the building’s exterior appearance.
- Mechanical Riser: Completed up to the 14th floor, ensuring smooth systems integration as construction advances.
- Block Walls: Completed up to the 8th floor, adding to the stability and progress of the internal structure.
- Hallway Drywall Framing: Now underway on the 8th floor.
- Ground Floor Waterproofing: Currently in progress, ensuring durability and protection for years to come.
- Suite Finishes: Work is advancing from the ground floor through to the 3rd floor.
- Landscaping: Taking shape on the 6th floor, adding greenery to the future living spaces.
