Deidre Sherwood is the full-time Executive Assistant and driving force behind the All In Realty team, bringing over 14 years of real estate experience to her role. Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, and having spent eight years in Toronto, she offers a well-rounded understanding of both markets—insight she uses daily to support clients and the All In Team with care and precision.

Her passion for real estate runs deep. Deidre loves connecting with people, learning their stories, and understanding how they live. Whether she’s answering questions, coordinating smooth transactions, or problem-solving on the fly, she approaches every task with a solutions-oriented mindset and a genuine desire to help. Outside of work, Deidre is a proud mom of two incredible children who inspire her every day. Balancing a busy career and motherhood, she brings the same warmth, heart, and dedication to her professional life as she does to her family.
